Since joining D Capital, Hanada has been dedicated to investment activities, pursuing the new theme of "DX x Buyout," and has made significant contributions to enhancing D Capital's organizational strength.

Tomohide Handa has extensive experience in domestic and international M&A, corporate restructuring, and fundraising at Deutsche Securities. Subsequently, he served as an investment professional in the consumer retail sector at MBK Partners, where he was responsible for investments in the food service and service industries. He also launched a healthcare team as a new focus area and led investments in nursing care service companies.

Koji Shigemitsu has accumulated extensive experience in private equity investments, having worked at McKinsey, Monex Securities, Goldman Sachs Securities Strategic Investments Division, and Unison Capital. After co-founding Japan's first private debt fund, Topaz Capital, he went on to establish Smart Capital Co., Ltd.
