("D Capital"), a Japanese lower middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the final closing of its second series of funds, D Capital II Series Funds (the “Fund II Series”).  With the support of many institutional investors from Japan and overseas, the Fund II Series closed at its hard cap of ¥67B/approx. $445M.

Established in 2021, D Capital is a private equity firm focused on 'Digital Transformation (DX) x Buyout.'  D Capital’s emphasis on digitalization is highlighted by a deep network of in-house and external digital professionals, offering unique capabilities in software engineering, data analytics, and business design. Leveraging this network, D Capital provides hands-on support for the growth of the portfolio companies of the funds it manages, serves and/or advises by integrating insights across industries.
